No item can be returned without prior authorization and a RA number. Without this number all returns and or exchanges will be refused. You can receive this number by emailing us at info@costumes-4-u.com or call us at (281)528-7136. The RA number must be printed on the outside of the returned package.

Only costumes can be exchanged or returned. No returns or exchanges on any other items.

The costumes to be returned or exchanged must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of the package.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

We will not be held responsible for late or untimely deliveries by any of the freight carriers.

The customer is responsible for the package once it has left our store.

All returns/exchanges must be in original condition and packaging.

No returns allowed after October 15. NO EXCEPTIONS

All special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

All refunds or exchanges will be inspected and issued at our discretion.

Customer agrees to assume all liability in the use, misuse, and/or handling of any product purchased from us and will not hold www.Costumes-4-u.com it's employees and/or owners liable for any reason.
